From Westbrook Village to Vistancia, we bring the deep clean to your Peoria patio. Flat $397, grates to firebox to cabinet.
Peoria stretches a long way north and the character changes as you go. Southern Peoria and Westbrook Village have older, established housing with mostly freestanding grills on established patios. North Peoria — Vistancia, Terramar and the corridor toward Lake Pleasant — is newer construction with larger lots, more built-in islands, and a lot of homes sitting right against open desert.
That desert edge is the defining Peoria factor. Homes on the outer ring of the northwest Valley take significantly more blowing dust and fine grit than homes in the built-out center of the metro. It settles into every horizontal surface of a grill, works into burner ports, and combines with grease into an abrasive paste that is genuinely difficult to remove once it has heat-cycled a few times.
The complaint we hear most in north Peoria is uneven heating — one zone running hot, another barely lighting, flames that look yellow and lazy instead of crisp and blue. Homeowners usually assume the grill is wearing out. More often the burner ports are partially blocked with a mix of desert grit, spider webbing and carbonized grease, and the burners themselves are fine.
Cleaning the burners and ports properly is part of every cleaning we do, which is why a lot of Peoria customers tell us the grill cooks noticeably more evenly afterward. If a burner or igniter genuinely has failed, we also do grill repairs — igniters, burners, regulators and small hardware — so it does not have to become a separate trip and a separate contractor.
Monsoon season compounds all of it. Between July and September, dust storms coat everything, and if the grill is uncovered or loosely covered the interior takes the same hit as the exterior.
Every cleaning is the same full service, whether your grill is three months old or fifteen years old:
Gas grills, charcoal grills, pellet grills including Traeger and Pit Boss, smokers, and built-in outdoor kitchen grills. We also handle grill repairs, outdoor kitchen cleaning, and propane replacement — on their own or alongside a cleaning.

Often, yes. Partially blocked burner ports from desert grit and carbonized grease are a very common cause of uneven heat in the northwest Valley, and clearing them is part of every cleaning. If a burner or regulator has actually failed, we also do repairs.
Yes, we cover the greater Phoenix metro including north Peoria. If you are not sure whether your address is in range, call or text and we will confirm.
Generally yes. Homes near open desert accumulate grit faster, particularly through monsoon season, so two to three cleanings a year is a sensible baseline.
It leaves with us. All waste is collected and disposed of off-site — never left in your yard or poured down a drain.
