Mesa covers a lot of ground and so do we. Freestanding or built-in, gas or pellet, we deep clean it on site for a flat $397.
Mesa is geographically enormous and the grills change noticeably as you move across it. Out east around Las Sendas and Red Mountain, lots are larger, homes are newer, and built-in outdoor kitchens with stainless drop-in grills are common. Around Dobson Ranch and central Mesa the housing is older and freestanding gas grills dominate. Eastmark and the newer southeast developments sit somewhere in between, with a lot of covered patios sized for a grill island.
Larger lots also change how the grill is used. When there is room for a proper outdoor setup, people cook outside more, and more cooking means faster buildup — particularly for the households running a pellet smoker alongside a gas grill, which is a combination we see constantly in east Mesa.
Mesa has one of the largest seasonal-resident populations in the Valley, concentrated in the east and southeast. The practical consequence for grills is a long idle stretch: heavy use October through April, then five months closed up in Phoenix summer heat. Grease that is not removed before that gap bakes through months of 110°F-plus attic-like patio temperatures and comes back as a hard, varnished layer.
The other thing a long idle period invites is pests. Grease and food residue left in a firebox or a grease tray over a quiet summer is an attractant, and finding evidence of rodents in a grill that has not been opened since spring is not rare. It is one of the more unpleasant discoveries in this line of work and one of the better arguments for cleaning before you close up rather than after you get back.
If you are a seasonal resident, the most useful timing is a cleaning right before you leave. If that ship has sailed, a cleaning in the first couple weeks after you return gets the grill safe to cook on again.
Every cleaning is the same full service, whether your grill is three months old or fifteen years old:
Gas grills, charcoal grills, pellet grills including Traeger and Pit Boss, smokers, and built-in outdoor kitchen grills. We also handle grill repairs, outdoor kitchen cleaning, and propane replacement — on their own or alongside a cleaning.
Las Sendas · Eastmark · Dobson Ranch · Red Mountain Ranch · Superstition Springs · Alta Mesa · Mountain Bridge · Central Mesa · Augusta Ranch — and everywhere in between. Not sure if you are in range? Call or text (480) 269-6745 and we will confirm.
Yes. Pellet grills including Traeger and Pit Boss, offset and vertical smokers, gas, charcoal, and built-in outdoor kitchen grills are all in scope.
Ideally right before you close up for the summer, so grease is not sitting in the firebox through months of extreme heat. If you have already left, the next best time is shortly after you return.
It happens, particularly in grills that sat idle over the summer. We clean it out as part of the service and we will show you photos of what we found. All waste leaves with us.
Most jobs run 2-3 hours. Grills that have gone several years without a deep clean take the longer end of that.
Call or text to schedule, or book online and we will reach out shortly to confirm.
