Gilbert grills work hard. Family cookouts, weekend smokes, and a lot of pellet grills running long. We deep clean all of it for a flat $397.
Gilbert is one of the most family-dense communities in the Valley and the grilling habits track with that. We see more frequent, higher-volume cooking here than almost anywhere else we serve — weeknight dinners, weekend gatherings, and a notably high rate of pellet smokers running eight and ten hour cooks. Agritopia, Morrison Ranch, Seville and Val Vista Lakes all have that pattern.
Volume is what drives buildup, and pellet cooking in particular produces a different residue than a hot, fast gas grill. Low-and-slow cooking at 225°F does not burn off drippings the way a 500°F sear does, so the grease accumulates wet and sticky, coats the interior walls and the drip pan, and layers up fast. A pellet grill used weekly needs attention sooner than a gas grill used weekly.
The single most common safety issue we find in Gilbert is a saturated drip pan or grease tray in a pellet unit. That accumulation is the primary fuel source for a grease fire, and grease fires in pellet grills are not rare — they usually start in exactly the place nobody checks. If you run a Traeger or a Pit Boss regularly and you cannot remember the last time you emptied and scraped the drip system, that is worth handling.
Beyond safety, buildup changes how food tastes. Rancid accumulated grease and old smoke residue carry into what you cook, and the difference after a proper deep clean is usually the first thing people comment on. Char that has built up on grates also transfers directly onto food, and charred carbon buildup is a known carcinogen exposure route.
We take the whole interior apart — grates, heat plates, burners or burn pot, drip system, firebox walls — clean each piece, steam clean the cavity and vacuum out the cabinet below. Biodegradable degreasers, nothing harsh on cooking surfaces.
Every cleaning is the same full service, whether your grill is three months old or fifteen years old:
Gas grills, charcoal grills, pellet grills including Traeger and Pit Boss, smokers, and built-in outdoor kitchen grills. We also handle grill repairs, outdoor kitchen cleaning, and propane replacement — on their own or alongside a cleaning.

Yes, and they are a large share of what we clean in Gilbert. Pellet units accumulate wet grease faster than gas grills because low-and-slow cooking does not burn drippings off.
More often than a gas grill used the same amount. If you are smoking weekly, two to three professional cleanings a year is a reasonable baseline, with the drip system emptied far more frequently than that.
Yes. A lot of Gilbert households run a gas grill and a smoker. Each is $397 on its own. For a limited time we also offer a 1 grill and 1 smoker combo for $597 — tell us when you call so we can block the time.
If you are not completely happy with the cleaning, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-clean at no extra charge.
