Older bungalow or newer Arrowhead build, we clean the grill on site — grates, burners, firebox, cabinet — for a flat $397.
Glendale has an unusually wide split in housing stock, and grills follow it closely. Historic Catlin Court and the older downtown neighborhoods are full of 1920s-1940s bungalows with small yards and simple freestanding grills. Arrowhead Ranch and the northern developments are newer, larger, and much more likely to have a built-in island or a full outdoor kitchen on a covered patio.
Both need the same fundamental service, but they present differently. Older properties often have grills that are genuinely old — units fifteen or twenty years into their life where the question is as much about whether the burners and regulator are still safe as about how dirty it is. Newer builds tend to have better equipment that has simply never been opened up past the grates.
On the older Glendale grills we work on, the cleaning frequently surfaces things worth knowing: a corroded regulator, a burner that has rusted through at the port line, a cracked igniter wire, a grease tray that has rusted out and been leaking into the cabinet. We tell you what we find and show you, rather than quietly reassembling it.
We do grill repairs as a service — igniters, burners, regulators and small hardware — so in a lot of cases we can address it without a second visit from someone else. When a unit is genuinely at the end of its life, we say so plainly instead of selling a repair that will not hold. That is a deliberate policy, not a sales tactic.
The safety side matters more than people expect. A grease-saturated firebox and a compromised gas fitting are a bad combination, and the two often show up on the same grill for the same underlying reason: nobody has opened it in years.
Every cleaning is the same full service, whether your grill is three months old or fifteen years old:
Gas grills, charcoal grills, pellet grills including Traeger and Pit Boss, smokers, and built-in outdoor kitchen grills. We also handle grill repairs, outdoor kitchen cleaning, and propane replacement — on their own or alongside a cleaning.

Usually yes — a deep clean often makes an older grill cook noticeably better. We will also tell you honestly if we find something during the cleaning that makes the unit unsafe or not worth keeping.
Both. Alongside cleaning we handle grill repairs — igniters, burners, regulators and small hardware — so a problem we find does not have to become a separate appointment with someone else.
Yes. It is a flat $397 for a full grill cleaning anywhere we serve in the Valley, regardless of city.
